Conditions for becoming a wholesaler:
In order to qualify as a wholesaler, the purchaser must be an incorporated company, and all single orders must be at least 1000 EUR in net (ie: before VAT) value, calculated at the wholesaler’s actual purchase price.
In addition, if the corporation is domiciled in an EU country, then a valid EU VAT number must be provided, in order for that corporation to qualify as a wholesaler.
